Pre-reqs to use the SIMSY MCP

The MCP server interacts with the SIMSY platform and endpoints (SIMs). Before it can be used the following must be available:

A device using a SIMSY SIM or eSIM
An MCP token for the mcp server authentication

A SIMSY account must be setup and configured
A SIMSY SIM or eSIM must be allocated to the account
